PRIVACY POLICY FOR ATLAS MOBILE APPLICATION, WEB APPLICATION, AND REPORTING SITE

 

This Privacy Policy explains how AbleLink Smart Living Technologies, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the ATLAS mobile software application (“Mobile Application”) for mobile devices, ATLAS web application (“Web Application”) and ATLAS web reporting site (“Reporting Site”); all of which were created by AbleLink Smart Living Technologies, LLC. The Mobile Application and Web Application are survey programs that collect responses to survey questions. The survey results are uploaded from the Mobile Application and Web Application and are available in the Reporting Site.

Web Application / Reporting Site
We collect the following types of information when you use our Web Application or Reporting Site:

When you register for an account, fill out forms, submit inquiries, or use certain features of the Web Application or Reporting Site, you may provide us with information such as:

• Any other information you voluntarily provide while using the Web Application or Reporting Site

b. Automatically Collected Information
When you interact with the Web Application or Reporting Site, we may automatically collect information about your visit, including:

• Pages you visit within the Web Application or Reporting Site
• Date and time of your visit
• Referring URL (the website that directed you to our application)

We may also collect device-specific information such as device type, unique device identifiers, and network information.

Mobile Application
We collect the following types of information when you use our Mobile Application:

When you register for an account, fill out forms, submit inquiries, or use certain features of the Mobile Application, you may provide us with information such as:

• Any other information you voluntarily provide while using the Mobile Application

When you interact with the Mobile Application, we may automatically collect including:

We may also collect device-specific information such as device type, unique device identifiers, and network information.

2. Precise, Real-time Location Information Collection

The Mobile Application, Web Application, and Reporting Site do not collect precise information.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Web Application and Reporting Site use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our site. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us recognize you and are limited to functionality required by the Web Application and Reporting Site. We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. When no longer needed, we will securely delete your data.

To opt out of all data collection in the Mobile Application you can do so by uninstalling the Mobile Application. Uninstalling the Mobile Application will also delete all previously collected data stored on the device within the Mobile Application.
